羅茲菌屬（學名：Rozella）是真菌界羅茲菌門的一個屬，大多為寄生卵菌、壺菌與芽枝黴的內寄生物[2][3][4]，有一物種（Rozella coleochatis）則感染鞘毛藻[5] 。本屬於1872年由法國真菌學家马里·马克西姆·科尔尼發表描述[6]，屬名為紀念法國植物學家埃内斯特·羅茲[7]，當時包含4個物種（R. septigena、R. monoblepharidis-polymorphae、R. rhipidii-spinosi與R. apodyae-brachynematis）[6]，現本屬已有超過27個物種[8]。

羅茲菌屬過去長期屬於壺菌，被歸入壺菌目或小壺菌目中[4][9]。現在分子種系發生學研究則將其歸入新的羅茲菌門，為真菌界的基群[10][11]。

異水黴羅茲菌（Rozella allomycis）為本屬被研究最多的物種，感染芽枝黴門的異水黴[4]。
