馮稼時
（Charles Thomas Fingar，1946年1月11日—），美國史丹福大學教授。1986年，馮稼時離開史丹福，進入美國國務院。2005年，馮稼時轉入國家情報總監辦公室擔任國家情報副總監，並兼任國家情報委員會主席直至2008年12月止。[1]2009年1月，馮稼時重新回到史丹佛大學，擔任弗里曼·斯普格利国际研究学院特聘講師。[2]
